Thanks for sharing, Lauren! There are so many sides to this and ways to dive deeper, but I wanted to focus on the energetics of our choices and negate that heaviness in and of itself.
However, I fully agree with what you're sharing about emotional eating, especially because I've battled that in my own life.
This new way of looking at food is a huge mindshift for me and I think would be for many who deal with emotional eating since so much of it comes from conditioning/shame/regret/guilt/lack of grounding, etc. Making the switch from this is bad to that it's simply energy could simplify much of the load that comes with food.
