I’m so happy to hear that! And yes, I’ve known it’s for our benefit as well, but that hasn’t stopped me from getting caught up in it every once in a while, haha… My mode of empathy is adrenal and oof, it was rough to deal with a few times last year until I learned how to fully manage my energy. Also, I’m so mental that my mind can run off into all kinds of stories. But like you, at core I know the truth and put my faith there.
