Fascinating read and admirable you’ve been so dedicated to this! I’m curious, do you have any thoughts on whether this would be safe for a woman? I’m continually coming across research that shows IF isn’t healthy for women but it feels so good. I love food but honestly have little desire to eat and have struggled over the years with trying to find something that works for me. Food takes up such a huge part of mental decisions, which drives me crazy. And like you shared, lunch always makes me sleepy—even when I’m super particular about what I eat. Finally, I thrive on liquid diets but they aren’t sustainable. All the back and forth has put my poor body through it and I just want to find what works and move on. Any thoughts would be appreciated! ♥️🙏🏽
