Cheers, Michael—what a cool story! I love that you come from several generations of pendulum dowsers.

I began using a crystal one in 2019 but my Guides told me to put it away in 2020. They wanted me to use build my intuition in other ways, primarily with the Akashic Records.

However, earlier this year, I was reintroduced via Pendulum Alchemy to incorporate into my Restorative (healing) sessions, and now only use brass/metal/wood pendulums. I’ve found the crystals carry too much energy for healing work (although great for dowsing!) and brass is my favorite anyway.

I’m such a huge fan of using pendulums in my work with the Records and am continuously blown away by how powerful they are.
